This Information is provided to you solely for your personal use, in conjunction with MediCom sponsored lectures or events. You may not access or use this Information for commercial, or any other purposes that may be reasonably considered to be in competition with MediCom’s services. You may not modify, republish, post, transmit or distribute any information without the express written consent of MediCom. You may copy this information only for your personal use. MediCom expressly retains all rights, titles and interest in and to any information. Failure to adhere to these provisions could subject you to penalties under federal intellectual property law.

- When you register for this MediCom Web Site, you must provide true, accurate and complete registration information. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password, and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure.To comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, at this time MediCom is only available to users who are at least 18 years old. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper and convenient in the state and federal courts situated in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
- Severability:
- If any provision of this Legal Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of this Legal Agreement, and the remainder of this Legal Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver:
- The failure of MediCom to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Legal Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
- Survival:
- The provisions of this Legal Agreement, which by their nature would continue beyond termination or expiration of this Legal Agreement, shall survive such termination or expiration.
